 When you sleep, bacteria multiply in your mouth, causing morning breath. Brushing immediately after waking up does remove some bacteria, but what you eat right after (tea, coffee, juice, bread, fruits) leaves sugars and acids on your teeth.👉 Brushing after breakfast helps remove these acids and food particles, protecting your enamel and giving you fresher breath throughout the day. So the right time to brush your teeth in the morning is after Breakfast. 
  

🚫 But Be Careful After Acidic Foods

  2. Eat your breakfast
  3. Wait 20–30 minutes (especially if you had acidic foods)
  4. Brush thoroughly for 2 minutes
